91cg Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing all users' access to and use of the 91cg platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the 91cg platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and apply to all your interactions with the platform.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or accessing any part of the 91cg platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding between you as the user and 91cg as the platform provider. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users without exception — whether you are a new user who has just registered, an active user currently on the platform, or a visitor browsing the site without a registered account. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 91cg platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 91cg reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be terminated immediately.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice. You are also responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur, so that our records remain accurate. Only one account is permitted per individual — holding multiple accounts is a terms violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the 91cg support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication via your account settings for an added layer of security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules You Must Follow
Use of the 91cg platform is subject to the following rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in actions including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
- Playing available games for personal entertainment
- Making deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods
- Contacting customer support for legitimate enquiries
- Updating your personal profile information
- Using promotions and bonuses you are eligible for
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses fraudulently
- Using automated software or bots to play
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Attempting to access platform systems or databases without authorisation
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the 91cg platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other methods listed on your account's deposit page. You are responsible for ensuring that you only use payment methods registered in your own name — using another person's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a set timeframe depending on the method chosen. For withdrawals, you are required to complete identity verification before your first request is processed. Withdrawal limits vary according to your account's VIP tier — higher-tier members enjoy greater limits.
91cg is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in payment processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
91cg is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that services will always be free from interruptions or errors. 91cg's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the 91cg platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of 91cg or third parties who have licensed it to us. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 91cg. Unauthorised use may result in legal action. You are permitted to view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
91cg reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the platform's discretion. Upon account closure, any valid balance (subject to review) will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, provided all identity verification requirements are met. Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for balance refunds.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 91cg platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or technology providers. These links and integrations are provided solely for user convenience. 91cg is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
91cg reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 91cg platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
